I cleaned the entire house this morning and went for a run today as well..
I was exhausted halfway through, but ran anyway and felt kinda dead when I got home. Which was a lovely feeling.
And then I painted the house when I had taken a shower. Which means that I’ve been pretty active today! YAY!
